I consulted with 4 different HVAC companies but was better guided through the process and choices of AC units and coils for my home in Troy, MI, by Vincent L. from Andy's Statewide (ARS). Pricing was competitive and they accommodated a request and my timing: RA1642 and RA1630 units. Used Bryant coils though (brand of running furnace) to avoid much duct work. Not that I know the difference, but this might give a SEER rating anywhere within the EnergyGuide rating of 14 to 16 SEE for these units. Andy O. and Joey L. were the installers. Cordial and respectful. They worked through the day to have the large units placed over proper bases answering my many questions and replacing existent connections with new lines. At the end, everything was cleaned and running smooth. I demoted one star not because of anyone's fault, but because the paper work (warranty registration, DTE and Rheem rebates) being managed exclusively online takes long to be processed or confirmed. It is a personal preference to be able to self manage it. A suggestion is for ARS to follow up after installation with these updates. A positive is the possibility of financing it through Home Depot (24mo) as ARS represents many stores in Metro-Detroit. I am satisfied with the sales and installation. For the 10yr warranty I hope not to have issues and leave this review with a good remark. Thank you!!! RPinto more

Bob and his crew were on time this morning and explained everything as well as completed everything right on time. Despite the fact that Josh, the installation tech was given defective items which took over 5 hours to complete the installation, he persevered and maintained his professionalism while doing so. Dennis Jr. came out to perform the tune-up. He was on time, very polite, explained everything he was going to do and what he found. He wore shoe covers in my house - thank you! He explained the difference in furnace filters, offered and wrote up an estimate for additional equipment or work that we may want in the future. There was no pressure to purchase at this time. He assisted with a ventilation fix to our water heater that needed attention. All the items he needed for the tune-up or repair were on his truck which made it convenient that he didn't need to come back to complete his job. I appreciate the time he took to perform everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Andy's Statewide and Dennis Jr. - Thank you! more

Bob and Brandon did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner, they were very professional and did not leave a mess. They were very informative, all in all it was a great experience, this was the second furnace that I have had Andy's Statewide install , the first was 19 years ago, and then now.
