Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right. Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat. He still...

Exceptional Service 11/25/2016

Today we had our furnace & humidifier serviced by technician Brian Adams & were extremely pleased. Brain was very professional, through, & knowledgeable. He also cleaned the furnace condensate system & took time to easily explain the controls & recommended settings to improve efficiency. This never happened with previous furnace / AC businesses. For us, Brian represents the model for all service technicians. Thank you Brian & Andy's Statewide. more

Professional, Knowledgeable and Pleasant 10/28/2016

Joe S. was in our home to service our 20+ year old furnace yesterday. When it became obvious that it made more sense to purchase a new furnace, Joe was very knowledgeable about our options and patiently answered all of our questions. He was both professional and personable. Good job! more

Furnace Turn -up 10/24/2016

Brian A. was very professional, courteous & had a lighthearted side when he saw what the area looked like that he had to basically crawl into. Brian is not a small man, but he did manage to crawl into the spot where the furnace was located and tuned it up with great ease!!! We were very pleased with his work. I would definitely call him back should a problem arise. more

Professional & Friendly 10/13/2016

We came across Andy's Statewide by searching for heating & cooling companies that service our area. They were offering an online coupon special so we decided to give them a try, we are very glad we did. Dennis Jr. was highly professional, prompt & efficient. He worked on the furnace & was kind enough to give us an estimate on our water heater without it being on the agenda originally. We were very happy with the service we received and we will be more than happy to call them again for any of our future heating and cooling needs. You definitely have return customers. We would like to compliment Andy’s Statewide for a job well done. Dennis was the service technician who cleaned our old furnace and pointed out numerous cracks in the heat exchanger. From ordering the new furnace to final installation, the process was swift and efficient. We were impressed with his neatness and thoroughness. more

Had a problem with my AC - I called Andy's Statewide and Joe S. showed up at my house in less than an hour. He had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes and repaired the AC 10 minutes after that. Very professional, very fast. Would use Andy's Statewide again for sure. more

Great Service 8/11/2016

Andy's Statewide installed my furnace and AC twenty-two years ago and until today, I have never been without heat or AC. I called at 9:00 and by noon, Ken was at my house, diagnosed the problem and had the AC back on. Although the visit ultimately resulted in having to get a new system, I definitely got my money's worth not having to spend any money for 22 years. Ken explained all the options and took my needs into consideration. There was no "high pressure" selling or trying to sell me more than I needed. It is 90 degrees today and I was without AC for just a few hours, which is amazing. I'd highly recommend Ken (and Andy's) and am a very satisfied customer for 22 years and counting! more

Great Service 7/21/2016

Ken was great. He came to service the air on our rental, and I mentioned a problem with the unit I just bought for you. He said he would definitely look at it and try and fix it. It wasn't on his schedule and he mentioned about how your company was into satisfaction and he would look at it. He was very through and found an issue which will hopefully solve the problem. He was very nice, responsive and throughly understood the situation. more
