Today we had our furnace & humidifier serviced by technician Brian Adams & were extremely pleased. Brain was very professional, through, & knowledgeable. He also cleaned the furnace condensate system & took time to easily explain the controls & recommended settings to improve efficiency. This never happened with previous furnace / AC businesses.
