Dennis Jr. came out to perform the tune-up. He was on time, very polite, explained everything he was going to do and what he found. He wore shoe covers in my house - thank you! He explained the difference in furnace filters, offered and wrote up an estimate for additional equipment or work that we may want in the future. There was no pressure to purchase at this time. He assisted with a ventilation fix to our water heater that needed attention. All the items he needed for the tune-up or repair were on his truck which made it convenient that he didn't need to come back to complete his job. I appreciate the time he took to perform everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Andy's Statewide and Dennis Jr. - Thank you!
