Our electrician was a gentleman named Tim, I was unable to be home at the time of our service call but he assured me that he could identify our problem without me leaving work to move furniture. After examining the outlet and setup behind my entertainment center, he informed me it was a wiring issue and promptly corrected it. I've had issues with that outlet for 3 years and his expertise has saved me a massive headache. I will personally be requesting him for any service calls I may have in the future. He was prompt, professional, and very efficient. When i needed help immediately he managed to work his schedule to take care of me that day, instead of making me wait another 24 hours.
