The owner speaks in a very condescending tone to anybody on the phone and in person. I think no service is worse than poor service - and this man gives out extremely poor service...

This owner of All About Keys was very friendly and nice. I think the person who wrote a slam (bad) review of "unprofessional" because of "tone of voice" of the business owner, is way off base. Please realize that many people from other countries have trouble pronouncing English as perfectly as natives, and some Eastern European and Middle Eastern country residents who come to the US of A are doing a great job, and let's not slam them for their pronunciation and their speech, OK? This man was very helpful to us and as nice as any business owner can be. thank you to All About Keys at 10957 Kinross Ave, in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, 4 blocks from UCLA. more

Very unprofessional. 1/25/2007

The owner speaks in a very condescending tone to anybody on the phone and in person. I think no service is worse than poor service - and this man gives out extremely poor service. He wouldn't cut my spare key because it was made out of steel and didn't bother trying to help me find a substitute. He acts like a know-it all and if you come in when he closes, he won't do it despite saying "well, keys only take a couple minutes to cut." I ended up getting my key done a mile away on Santa Monica Bl. from a much more intelligent, respectable store who had no problem or complaints cutting it. more

Locksmith and Key Replacement 8/20/2005

All about Keys is excellent for locked doors and key replacement. My friend lost my spare key and they were able to replace it the same day with All About Keys. It's hard to find this kind of service in the area, so it's location in Westwood is extremely convienent. They seem to be able to solve most problems. I found the staff friendly and competent. I would recommend All About Keys to those with chronic lock problems or lost keys. Easy to create spares for your housemates or family. more
