Review content:
The owner speaks in a very condescending tone to anybody on the phone and in person. I think no service is worse than poor service - and this man gives out extremely poor service. He wouldn't cut my spare key because it was made out of steel and didn't bother trying to help me find a substitute. He acts like a know-it all and if you come in when he closes, he won't do it despite saying "well, keys only take a couple minutes to cut." I ended up getting my key done a mile away on Santa Monica Bl. from a much more intelligent, respectable store who had no problem or complaints cutting it.
