Martin is great! He is honest, trustworthy and reliable - what else could you ask for?! He is extremely thorough with his work but at the same time does not take advantage and run up the bill. I even had to leave and didn't think twice about it. I came home to a clean and flawless job - thanks, Martin! I have used him multiple times now - doesn't that say it all right there? I would highly recommend him!! more

I am so happy to have found Affordable Handyman - Martin was a pleasure to work with. Martin is very attentive, quick to respond and very easy to work with. I originally found him through these reviews and figured I could not go wrong w/ someone who has gotten stellar reviews. I was right!!! :) I had a disposal installed in a condo unit that had never had a disposal in it - the brand new install was very complex, but Martin did a wonderful, flawless job. He is very thorough and cleaned up the area when he was through. Also took the time to go through operation and how to resolve issues that could arise with any disposal. I highly, highly, highly recommend Martin. I plan on using his services again and will be recommending his work to other owners in this building. Thanks, Martin!!! more

Happy to have found him! 4/1/2010

I needed an electrician and didnt know where to begin.. Martin is so easy to work with. He returns e-mails, phone calls and is prompt. Since he agreed to see me after his day at work..9 p.m. i thought he would just look at my project and we would set a later appointment..He saw what needed to be done and said "lets do this."In an hour what i thought was complicated was completed! Great service at a great price! Pros: Friendly, funny and fair! more

Excellent work and great value 3/15/2010

Affordable handyman has done three projects for me in the last year. The first time he completed a laundry list of maintenance type items around my home. He was efficient and did great work. The next work that Martin did was another list of odds and ends. I was out of town when this work was done and he managed the work perfectly and my tenants even commented on how wonderful he was to work with. The project that he just finished was a large bathroom rebuild that he did in one of my apartments. I was 1000 miles away at the time and he coordinated the entire project with my tenant. The work is beautiful and he was very careful to save me money at every turn. I recommend him very highly!! Pros: Responsible, high quality, easy to work with more

My realtor had several contractors bidding on the job but they were all ridiculously high. I decided to take matters into my own hands so I went o-line and found Martin. He answered his own phone and when he learned of my circumstances he drove right over to the unit and called me from inside to go over what needed to be done. He took pictures which he later e-mailed to me and sent the estimate that very night. He completed the work yesterday and the place looks fabulous! I would never use anyone else 5/22/2009

This guy is amazing. I called with an emergency, and he interrupted his day to come over and fix it - got the job done very quickly, and still made his next appointment on time. I seriously would never consider another handyman now that I have found him. Reasonable rates too, although if you've ever dealt with any "normal" handymen, you know cheapness isn't really as important as showing up when you say you will and having the knowledge to get the job done right the first time. This company will NOT disappoint on those measures! Pros: see below more

My neighbor hired Martin to fix a few small issues in her condo. I let him into her unit, and then I asked him if he could help me fix a light in my unit. I met Martin by accident. You see I was looking for a handyman to fix the work of a handyman who preformed a crappy job and ignored my calls. I found about Martians company from a friend who spoke very highly of his services. I called Martin and he came out the next day to provide an estimate.
