Affordable handyman has done three projects for me in the last year. The first time he completed a laundry list of maintenance type items around my home. He was efficient and did great work. The next work that Martin did was another list of odds and ends. I was out of town when this work was done and he managed the work perfectly and my tenants even commented on how wonderful he was to work with. The project that he just finished was a large bathroom rebuild that he did in one of my apartments. I was 1000 miles away at the time and he coordinated the entire project with my tenant. The work is beautiful and he was very careful to save me money at every turn. I recommend him very highly!!
