My initial complaints before starting care were lower back pain, and I was limited in my running due to the pain. I had these symptoms on and off for 3 years. I no longer have any neck or back pain. I am running without pain, and physical therapy has made my core significantly stronger and more stable. All my symptoms are completely gone!I would recommend Advanced Spine more

I initally started comming to Advanced Spine and Sports Care because I was having frequent lower back pain, especially during physical activity. I had this pain for a month before recieving chiropractic care. As I stayed on the doctor's treatment plan the pain started to decrease. After two weeks, my pain drastically improved and was virtually nonexistent. I would recommend Advanced Spine and Sports Care in a heartbeat. The doctors are very honest and genuine. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I never feel rushed or neglected. With every visit, I feel better walking out the door than the moment I walked in. more

I came 3 months ago with pain on my lower back. The first 2 weeks were fantastic because i started to feel great, was easy to notice the difference. The traction tables are fantastic. also the heat pads on my arm helpped my tired hand to rest. I do not have more pain on my back and my hand is much better. The staff is just great always smiling and asking how is everything. They have water or tea if you want. more

I have seen many Dr's. Prior to seening Dr Ingram. With no sucess. Dr Ingram has helped Tramendously. Where others missed he has not. I would recommed him to everyone. Very professional including his staff more

I have been seeing Advanced Spine and Sports for several weeks now and was very convinced I would need surgery at some point. All I can say is as of today I am pain free. My pain prevented me from playing basketball and severly limited my everyday activities. Putting on my shoes was nearly impossible. I am very thankful to the doctor and staff for their sincere and caring attitudes and they really went out of their way to stay in contact with my primary doctor and request test be done when she thought they were unneccessary. I am so impressed with Dr. Ingham and his bed side manner and over all knowlege. This is definately not anything like my previous experience at a chiropractic office. more
