A- arrested for poss/mary by city /@ city jail, county advise of transfer to county explain process a small window to get loan from city. faxed paperwork before looked in to the prepared and did the work before transfer and 13 mintues before the PR Bond was very happy w/ services. more

I called to get information on a bail bond because I have never had to deal with this type of situation before. The first lady was ok I simply stated I had a "Couple of questions." She transferred me to some woman who's first words to me were . "What is your qustion # 1!" I deal with talking to people all day at my job and I am not sensitive to rude people but to talk to a potential client like that to begin with. I'll will take my business elsewhere. more

I had a horrible experience with ABC Bonding. Everyone was really nice when I first called to get my son out of jail. They told me to come on down and they could take care of me. I got there, I had to fill out about 13 -15 pages to o small to read. They called every single reference on the pages. I was so humiliated. The bond was $5000. Because I had recently changed jobs, I was told I would need another home owner to sign with me or pay full escrow which mean I had already paid them $500 plus $15. I was desperate so I gave $5ooo, which they promised I would have back 7-10 days after the case is resolved. The case was dismissed. I called ABC Bonding for 2 months straight with a complete run around from there rude administrative manager Diana. In this entire time I only spoke with one female manger with common sense. I think she was terminated shortly afterwards, because I could never reach her again either. Pros: Good initial communication Cons: Very poor service once your money is received. more

i have used this bonding service a couple times for my brothers. they are very nice. i post bond when it is set . my brothers have tendency to get a hold put on them. this means they will lift it right before transfer time to county, somehow abc always get them out before they transfer them. if they transfer them it takes another 4 hours to find them and get them out. more
