the service was great and efficient. I really liked their help more

i have used this bonding service a couple times for my brothers. they are very nice. i post bond when it is set . my brothers have tendency to get a hold put on them. this means they will lift it right before transfer time to county, somehow abc always get them out before they transfer them. if they transfer them it takes another 4 hours to find them and get them out. more

My impression of ABC Bond company was one of friendliness and professionalism. This is a very difficult ordeal for anyone to deal with and they made the process less stressful. I appreciate them keeping me informed and their rapid response. more

The women (Ms. Lopez & Joann) helped to facilitate the process of bonding someone out and made it simple and painless, They are an asset to your establishment should further ocassion require me to do so I will be more than happy to conduct business w/ your establishment. more

OMG! It took 3 days to get my brother out of jail with this place. They do work with you with money however the only thing that was holding us up was PHONE NUMBERS to ppl jobs. Really? The workers dont want to work. They sat on top of our paper work and didnt do anything! The workers do not care about you or getting your love one's out. The manager Zina she makes it seem like she care but really she pushed us aside as well. I was up there 3 days had all the family tree, phone numbers, we got the co-signers all that on day 1, Day 2 i called at 8am oh we reviewing this case, 10am oh we still reviewing this case, 11am we still reviewing, so i got in my car went down there and they havent even LOOKED at our paper work, sat there from 12-5pm only to tell me that one of the co-signers didnt sign 1 paper took the paper to her she signed it, and we also needed phone numbers for the family tree jobs, ok, got all that in on day 2, Day 3, they needed ADDRESSES to the jobs, now they did not mention this on day 2, Day 3 got up there at 9am sat there, one phone number didnt work, call that family memeber got the correct phone number that was at 10am i got that number gave it to them. I watched the lady sit there and didnt call the number for 30 mins....I was the only person in the office! The manager Zina said this was all we needed was the 1 phone number. The owner had to approve all this he/she is not there. The owner didnt get there until afternoon for him to sign off on the bond! I was so pissed! it took 3 days to get approval on this bond. I should have went somewhere else, i would never do business with this company EVERY again! more

I called about 4 pm on a weekday and after waiting for only about 5 min a lady answered and asked how she could help, I gave her the information she requested and was asked to hold while she looked something up. After waiting patiently on hold for almost 20 min someone answered and was apparently talking to a co-worker and began dialing a number. When they realized someone was on the phone she simply hung up. Obviously I was forgotten about and I hardly think that my call was important to them. I certainly will never call them again. more
