The process of getting my husband out of jail has been very frustrating and confusing. The staff at ABC has been very helpful, kind, and prodessional. From the first call when i spoke with Star, to coming into the office and speaking with Helen and Dominique my experience has been great. When I could not find help anywhere else ABC helped. extremely kind and helpful 8/8/2011

Sandra was extremely kind and helpful. I have never had to bail anyone out of jail before so was quite panicked. Sandra advised both me and my friend who was helping me because I was at work. I really appreciate her calm manner (also the office manager). Also everyone in the office has been very professional and kind. This has made a very unpleasant experience much better. more

ABC staff was very helpful on the phone. They were wonderful once I visited the office. Lopez was very nice and help me with paper work being my first time bonding someone out of jail. She made this very simple and straight forward on what I had to do. She was very patient in answering my questions. Thanks ABC you all get 5 stars!! more
