i will never use this place again!! it so happen that i needed abc bail bonds service to get my brother out of jail. i really thought this was a very good place that i could do bussiness with because of the fact that when i called i spoke to a very nice lady that gave me bonding information so i came in that same day to do a bond for my brother so after i sign everything i needed to they toke my money but it so happen to make a long story short just for them to tell me that they can not do my bond and that my money will be refunded to me in 3 days and that they were going to charge me processing fees and so on...so it so happen that they told me i needed to speak with joann but each time i called she was never their and when i did speak with her she was the most rude person i have every spoke with in my life i thought to myself if thisperson doesnt feel like working please stay home so then she put me on hold like forever and when she cames back on the line she stated "who's this" so i had to repeat my self again intill finally she said ill call u back i never did... tomorrow i will trying calling again to see i could get my money back...... more

Well i really dont know where to start,well it was Saturday moring first i entered this horrible smelly place it smelled so bad i want to vomited second i got this horrible service from a person name Joann she had such a horrible getto attitude that was not paying no attention to me i was telling her i wanted to get my husband out of jail she said fine and gave me a bunch of paperwork to fill out when i finished filling them out i handed them back to her and she did not say anything to me so i went to sit down i waited about 20 mins and she still didnt mention anything to me and while i was sitting waiting i heard her talk to a dark skin skinny lady about some pictures on facebook and they were both on the computer laughing so i just got up and walked out thats the reason why i will never use them again. please people do not go to this rude smelly place. so i just went to the bonding company across the street they were very nice to me.. more
