You got to be kidding me! That's basically what my reaction was when I went to return a defective color hairspray at Aahs on November 3, 2008. I purchased the item on October 31, 2008; The store was packed and the lines were long. Since I only have a few more minutes before returning to work I hurried to grab an orange temporary hairspray and didn't get a chance to check the product until I got home at 6pm, I live in the Valley by the way. I called my kids to spray their hairs...What? NO NOZZLE! Oh well, I told my kids, we can go without this year....\r

Anyway, I don't care about the $. I just wish that Indian lady at the counter could have offerred to replaced it or give me a store credit or something...but no! She was toughed! ""ALL SALES ARE FINALS, NO RETURNS"" And so she says... I left the spray can on the counter with the receipt and left upset. \r

This is partly my fault for missing to read the signs if there was any, hard to see with all the people pushing and shoving just to get through...I should have checked what I purchased....For sure, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE...In fact, I started spreading the news to all my co-workers.\r
