Excellent Service 3/2/2016

Many thanks to Jonathan Lewis for going above and beyond in taking care of my Heating & Air issues. Jonathan found that my Goodman unit had an issue with the Inducer Motor - he made sure that he was explaining the problem to me in terms that I could understand which I very much appreciated. He actually diagnosed the problem and returned with the part to do the needed repairs the same day! Many thanks! more

Seasonal A/C Service Call 2/28/2016

ARS sent a technician, Adam Crawford, to tune up our several A/C systems. He was EXCELLENT -- polite, timely, neat, helpful -- and above all, competent. We have had both of our original "contractor pack" HVAC units replaced by ARS over the past few years, and ARS has been excellent about service and honoring warranties. more
