ARS sent a technician, Adam Crawford, to tune up our several A/C systems. He was EXCELLENT -- polite, timely, neat, helpful -- and above all, competent.
We have had both of our original "contractor pack" HVAC units replaced by ARS over the past few years, and ARS has been excellent about service and honoring warranties.
