Good, quick service..... but it looks like you should intend to spend, at least, 200-250 on ANY call ! Washing machine pipe was clogged and $275 to clear it for one hours worth of...

Plumbing Service 6/8/2015

Clogged the toilet at 7:30 and they were there by 9. We have been toying around with a home filter system so we jumped on that as well. By 11:00 David was done. All is well and they are a very professional group. Some will say they are a bit expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Highly recommend more

Service on a Toilet Discharge Pipe 4/30/2015

Jeremy Hood was assigned to our request for some plumbing help. Although this was our first contact with Jeremy, we had used ARS/Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach previously and were very comfortable with calling on them again. Jeremy was very polite, congenial and competent. He not only augured out a toilet line; he took the time to explain the structure and function of the mechanisms involved. He further demonstrated his expertise by answering our pointed questions about how our model compared with other equipment; he was able to punctiliously contrast the strengths and weaknesses of each. If and when we decide to purchase a different model, I know we can get objective and informed advice from Jeremy. The vendor's price was fair and included a senior discount. The warranty on his work was generous and was intelligently coordinated with a possible future purchase of a new unit. Overall, five well-deserved stars for Jeremy and ARS. more

Plumbing Service Call 4/21/2015

I arrived home from a week in Florida to find that my hot water heater tank had a leak which was overflowing through the overflow pipe to the outside of my garage. Consequently, I was using 30 gallons an hour. Luckily, I only had a very small portion of that water in my garage. I called ARS at approximately 2:20 pm and by 3 pm Danny Rose arrives to assess the problem. This young man was very professional in the way he presented himself and the way that he went about his business. Within two hours, he had the job completed and in an additional 45 minutes we had hot water again. I would definitely call ARS for any additional plumbing problem and would recommend Danny Rose to anyone who has a plumbing problem. He neat, clean, speak very well and is a pleasure to do business with. Also the price was well within the guidelines for water heater replacement. Charles A. heat pump inspection 4/7/2015

the ars service is very quick to respond however, their prodigal of sending a different person every time is a little unsettling. they never know what has happened to your equipment and you MUST keep copies so they can see what has happened to your equipment. they are very good at fixing something that is wrong even if they have to replace something at their own cost. i will say that much for them. they will not quibble over whether or not it was their fault the part was not working. hurray. more

ARS Rescue rooter review 1/20/2015

I had a leak in my bathroom and called ARS. The service was exceptional. Kelly helped me on the phone when i called. She was very nice. She was clear in her communication and very friendly. She informed me I would receive a picture of the tech before he or she arrived and also let me know they would call before arriving to ensure I didnt have to stop my daily activity. this was super. The tech was also very friendly. I have two large dogs and he was open to them barking. He took the time to make sure he made my dogs also comfortable with the experience. This is above and beyond and more than i expected. He explained everything and gave me options. He did not push me in my decision making. i didnt feel like I was being sold everything in the world. He was clear with pricing and the amount was the same even when the job wa completed. I would recommend ARS for any plumbing issues. more
