I had a water leak in my front yard. ARS sent Jonathan to address the problem. He re-viewed the situation, recommended possible solutions and cost implications. Once I agreed to the approach, he worked diligently to implement. He kept in communication throughout the process. He was thoroughly professional at all times and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Based on this occasion I would highly recommend ARS and Jonathan to anyone with similar problems. He is a true professional and highly attuned to customer service. more

ARS, provides more services than plumbing. But that was my first business contact with company. The plumbing service was so good. With in two months of the plumbing service call. My heat pump Was going out. I found out ARS sales and installs heat pump's. I called and from the first call , my New heat pump was installed on the Monday from my call on Friday night before. There price was very reasonable,and service was as it was the first time I did business with ARS company. I will include this company for any service they provide for future needs. more

INSTALL GARBAGE DISPOSAL 6/17/2017

85 gallon rheem electric hot water heater 6/15/2017

the people involved were great! The end result not so great as both of my shower heads got clogged up with gunk comming out of new tank. I ended up having to buy 2 new shower heads. My suggestion to all ars plumbers installing new hot water tanks is to remove all fauset heads & shower heads and flush the system first so this problem doesn't happen. more

Plumbing prep for countertop installation 5/23/2017

Jonathan was friendly, explained the process thoroughly, went above and beyond checking toilets in the house that had flushing problems, found a problem with the garbage disposal unit and got one from his truck to be installed at the reconnect. Excellent technician and a credit to your company. more
