Jeremy Hood was assigned to our request for some plumbing help. Although this was our first contact with Jeremy, we had used ARS/Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach previously and were very comfortable with calling on them again.
Jeremy was very polite, congenial and competent. He not only augured out a toilet line; he took the time to explain the structure and function of the mechanisms involved. He further demonstrated his expertise by answering our pointed questions about how our model compared with other equipment; he was able to punctiliously contrast the strengths and weaknesses of each. If and when we decide to purchase a different model, I know we can get objective and informed advice from Jeremy.
The vendor's price was fair and included a senior discount. The warranty on his work was generous and was intelligently coordinated with a possible future purchase of a new unit.
Overall, five well-deserved stars for Jeremy and ARS.
