Great customer service! 5/4/2010

I was having trouble with my dishwasher and had been referred to AMS. Todd was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in providing a quick fix for our dishwasher. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose and resolve the problem. I will refer him over and over again to my friends and clients. He's by far the best technician I've dealt with in a long time! Will Definitely Call When Appliances Need Repair 9/22/2009

I had a washer that needed repair. Called Todd Honeycutt after reading some reviews online. Todd came to my home two days later (this was not an emergency repair although I was glad when my washer was finally up and running). Todd diagnosed the problem on his initial visit, said he would need to order the part, and would call me the next day with the price. He called me promptly the next day with news that he found the part and what it would cost to purchase/install. I agreed to have him repair my washer and was happy with his professional service. Pros: Professional, courteous and on time Cons: Had to wait for part to be ordered more

Polite with great service 6/8/2009

I was at the point of trying to decide between repairing or replacing my thirteen year old dryer and was being told by my usual service provided that a service call would cost $x and would have to be scheduled a week out. I found someone in Austin via google searches that had great reviews on many sites. I called him and does not service my area but referred Todd Honeycutt. Todd returned my call promptly, made an appointment for the next morning and was on time. He worked carefully and quickly and saved us about $110... and then he completed some additional work at no charge. He's a winner and the dryer is working just great. I highly recommend him. Pros: Well mannered, knowlegeable, great service, fair price Cons: Not one more

Most Dependable and Fair Appliance Repair in Austin area 3/30/2009

You will not find another appliance repair person in the Austin area with as much knowledge asMr. Honeycutt. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and someone who is fair in pricing, call AMS Appliance. Mr. Honeycutt arrived on time, knew exactly the problem within minutes and had my washer running again in a timely manner. I will call AMS for any appliance repair in the future. Trust me, he won't steer you in the wrong direction, and will fix what needs to be fixed!! Pros: Extremely Knowledgeable, Fair pricing, Very Professional Cons: Don't have any Cons to Mention!! more
