I was at the point of trying to decide between repairing or replacing my thirteen year old dryer and was being told by my usual service provided that a service call would cost $x and would have to be scheduled a week out.
I found someone in Austin via google searches that had great reviews on many sites. I called him and does not service my area but referred Todd Honeycutt.
Todd returned my call promptly, made an appointment for the next morning and was on time.
He worked carefully and quickly and saved us about $110... and then he completed some additional work at no charge.
He's a winner and the dryer is working just great. I highly recommend him.
Pros: Well mannered, knowlegeable, great service, fair price
