When the furnace was installed in 2007 the technician walked off with the Bryant warranty and furnace operating paperwork. ABA manager called me about the service and I requested that the paperwork be returned to us, but it never was.
One repair was made in 2011 and it was very expensive,
For this second repair both I and the service person were surprised that the replacement parts were not under warranty. Bryant parts were warrantied for 5 years, not 10 according to the parts source.
I was not in a position to corroborate this because I never received the warranty paperwork from ABA in 2007. That is my complaint. Service person was extremely competent, quick and courteous, so no complaint there. I also wonder why the labor charge was so high for something that took him 45 minutes.
