My heater went out over the weekend and made the last few days miserably cold in our house. I contacted a HVAC company (Autumn Heating and Cooling) recommended by my friend and they came out while my wife was home and I was at work. The service guy spent all of 2 minutes checking our unit upstairs and quoted $2100 to replace the entire air handler stating the blower fan and heater coils on the unit are bad. Of course, I wanted a second opinion so I contacted ABA. Their service tech showed up on time and it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. I asked him about the blower fan and coils the other guy said were bad and he couldn't find any issue. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. The ABA tech had a replacement in his truck and installed it within about 10 minutes. Our heater is working great now and the repair was less than $200. I would recommend ABA based on the honesty of their technician alone. They provided great service and got the job done quickly.
