We had this company out 7 times in 6 days for the same issue, they were never on time which can be understandable in Texas with everyone trying to get their AC serviced at the first big heatwave however I do not feel like I should have to call the company several times a day to verify that their technician is coming, I would highly recommend having someone in the office call to let clients know of the progress of their technician. We were sent a completely different uninformed technician every time we called them until the last 3 days when they figured out a viable option for actually fixing the issue so they wouldn't have to come back. All in all a good turn out however timeliness and communication was lacking for this job and we cleaned up the mess each time they came out or had to specifically ask the technicians to do it.
