My A/C wasn't working, so I called about 8 a.m. to try to get it serviced before the heat of the day. I was happy to hear that they could send someone over between 12 and 1 that day. I went out to run errands, and had just pulled into my driveway about 12:30, and he pulled up right about that time. (He was supposed to give me a call as he was heading that way--he tried, but said the call didn't go through--technology! That was no biggy though.) Anyway, he diagnosed the problem--fire ants in the relay switch--and replaced the part in minutes. He also checked the coolant levels and said they were good. Now the A/C is blowing nice, cold air.
