Allen came out to my house last week due to a clogged sewer pump. Allen was nice and professional. HOWEVER, I was allowed two options for my pump - unclog or buy a new pump. Unc...

Same day appointment, was given several options for my "fix" and the work was done very quickly! Will definitely be calling them back if I'm ever in need of a plumber again!! more

Toilet issue 5/26/2014

As always, I received prompt, professional service. When I asked the plumber to also check my bathroom fixture, he found it was missing a part. Since it was after hours, he went to several home improvement stores looking for the part to no avail. He came right back the first day to complete the job. more

Plumber visit 2/7/2014

Dave was very friendly however after I elected to wait before spending money for a new sink and faucet and he told me it would be $229 to merely fix the faucet, a friend came over and for $4.78 at Grovers and 45 minutes of his time the faucet no longer leaks. I feel that he was more than willing to sell me a new sink and faucet (for $1,300) but was not willing to fix the faucet (he hardly even looked at the problem). Sorry - but it was not a happy experience. more

Shon was the plumber who A1 sent out. He is very reliable. He showed up on time, went over my options in a clear and concise manner, and completed the job competently. A1 is a little higher in its pricing than some of its competitors, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" really holds true when it comes to plumbing. more
