5280 House cleaning

I have had 2 maintenance cleanings since my initial in-depth cleanings and continue to be impressed with the job my 5280 crew has done for us. There have been different crew members, but no decrease in excellence, and Rafaela has been the common thread so that totally minimized any additional orientation or familiarization required. All crew members since my initial have been responsive to any special requests, personable and timely. Also, kudos to Hanna and Christopher for being so very flexible to my sometimes uncertain schedule and needs and willingness to make last minute changes when needed. more

I just needed to add a response to the response back to my review from 5280 Housecleaning. I NEVER talked to Hanna regarding a follow-up on TIMES OR FEES. To say you didn't even charge me a lock out fee -- how dare you! Apparently you need to have a better conversation with your employees. I was not even present to even discuss future home cleaning. Really disappointed that was your response -- it made me look like a liar and you guys like "right on time" and no one "home". If you are going to respond to reviews -- please get your stories correct. more

Today was the first time I had anybody clean my home. I thought I would treat myself, and I keep it clean myself. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW CLEAN MY HOME WAS AFTER THEY LEFT!! IT LOOKS AMAZING. I WILL HAVE THEM COME AGAIN, THE DETAIL THAT WAS DONE WAS UNBELIEVEABLE!! THANK YOU more

I had high expectations after Christopher visited our home for an estimate, and I was definitely not disappointed. We required a deep customized cleaning because of a medical condition which required a high level of sanitizing. Our cleaning crew of 4 arrived at our home like Navy Seals on a mission and went to work with an incredible amount of elbow grease. Our stove was so bright white when Irma finished that I thought she had a new one delivered! Kitchen grease and dust buildup--gone. Inside refrigerator--sparkling. Blinds throughout the house--like new. This level of detail in completed work was the hallmark of each member of this enthusiastic and competent crew. They truly worked together like a well-oiled machine and met every request I made. Jessica was an impressive quality control manager with experienced organizational skills. Rafaela and Eva were thorough and hard-working. This team literally left no stone unturned. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we couldn't be more pleased. Also, with the very personalized service from Hanna and Christopher. We have signed up for regular visits. more

I was fortunate enough to try 5280 through a coupon promotion by Home Run offering six hours for 96.00 which was 50off regular pricing which was a great deal. I set up an appointment and since just beginning Castle Rock area I took the later afternoon appt. The girls were on time - two hours each was the six hours. I have a big home and when giving the tour really wanted bathrooms, kitchen and all floors - the things basically I hate to do weekly. I had to leave to pick up my children at 3:00 but while I was at home they were doing an excellent job - no complaints. When I came back home later only the top floor was done and I called owner and asked why they never went downstairs (at all) and iI guess the girls didn't understand my instructions. So, I ended up doing the downstairs and yes I know big house. Here's where then problem begins. Two weeks later I get a phone call/message that the girls were at my house. I just flew in from orlando and did get a message but figured she wanted to talk about setting up services. Nope, apparently they took it upon themselves to not only schedule me and I was shocked. I never discussed hours as I would never take an afternoon appt. I never discussed what areas to be cleaned and I sure didn't discuss price. So, after talking to her on the phone that girls were at my house and what-ever I finally said I am through with this conversation and hung up! So, I have no doubt that you will love them but make sure if it is a trial/coupon that they shouldn't expect your business because they cleaned your house once upon a time. As for the scheduling issue, notes from the post-initial cleaning phone call seem to indicate that you and Hanna agreed that we would return to clean your home, at an agreed upon time and fee. Even though we left you a voice mail the night before to confirm, Hanna offered to waive the lockout fee. I wanted to let you know how wonderful your crew is. Between constant travel and a crazy work schedule, I simply was not prepared when the crew showed up. They were a couple of hours earlier than expected, and needless to say, the house was a mess. I like to keep things picked up for them so they have more time to clean the actual dirt, and not deal with our messiness. They handled it like the pros that they are, completely taking the messes in stride and were wonderful about it. They totally went the extra mile this week, and I really appreciate it - thank you and thank them!!!!! more

I was skeptical after being dissatisfied with many cleaners. They cost more than I had been paying, but now I know why and it's worth it! I waited until my first routine cleaning to review because it seems everyone does a good job on the initial visit. Not only did they clean as well as I do on normal things- they do all sorts of extras I don't expect my cleaner to do. I am so happy. This is the only company that ever cleaned as well and better than I do. You'd think anyone you pay (being classified as "professional") would do better than you since you are not the "professional" but we all know they don't. 5280 does. Hire them- you will be happy :) more

I just had my home cleaned by Ibeth, Rafaela and Maria and I cannot say enough about what a great job they did! I have lived in Denver for over 20 years and have gone through a ton of cleaning services but I never found one that was so responsive, thorough and pleasant to work with. Thanks to those 3 ladies my home has never looked better! And a thank you to Hanna, one of the owners, who came out within a day of my calling for an estimate and gave me a very reasonable quote and followed up after the cleaning to see if I was satisfied. My house had not been thoroughly cleaned for months. I was leery of a using a commercial business - I thought it would be too costly and only superficial cleaning. I was wrong. The two 5280 cleaners showed up promptly and got right to work. My house has never been so clean. And the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to a friend. more

We finally took the plunge and hired 5280 Housecleaning, because our house is old and we have a large (hairy) dog and we can't keep up with keeping the house as clean as we'd like. I was SO impressed with 5280 Housecleaning. Not only were they friendly and efficient, but SO thorough. Beyond the regular cleaning stuff that you'd expect, they even fixed our squeaky fridge door and totally cleaned the inside of the entire fridge. They cleaned our dog's food bowls. They were down on their hands on knees cleaning the floors, and got under all of the big furniture. They dusted off my Christmas decorations. They scrubbed our chandelier. They scrubbed the doors and baseboards. They cleaned my iPad cover & screen! It was seriously amazing. We've hired them to come every 2 weeks, and now that we have hired professionals I don't think we can ever go back. more

I had 5280 House Cleaning do a very needed deep cleaning on my house. The crew arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time (which I was very pleased with) and did a fantastic job cleaning. They cleaned things that I'm sure I haven't touched in 5 years. The house looks great and my wife is SUPER happy! The total cost was really reasonable and TOTALLY worth it. We had 5280 to our house last week for the first time. I have had many cleaning people in the past I was happy with. I had no idea what I was missing! The difference between your average house keeper and 5280 is night and day. They cleaned things in my house that haven't been touched for 10 years. On top of cabinets, under beds, behind furniture. They did the entire house's baseboards with a toothbrush...seriously. These guys don't just come in and spruce up your bathrooms and kitchen, they really get to the details. In our neighborhood, where the houses are 100 years old, this is the kind of cleaning you need to really keep things in shape. Thanks 5280!!! more
