I was fortunate enough to try 5280 through a coupon promotion by Home Run offering six hours for 96.00 which was 50off regular pricing which was a great deal. I set up an appointment and since just beginning Castle Rock area I took the later afternoon appt. The girls were on time - two hours each was the six hours. I have a big home and when giving the tour really wanted bathrooms, kitchen and all floors - the things basically I hate to do weekly. I had to leave to pick up my children at 3:00 but while I was at home they were doing an excellent job - no complaints.
When I came back home later only the top floor was done and I called owner and asked why they never went downstairs (at all) and iI guess the girls didn't understand my instructions. So, I ended up doing the downstairs and yes I know big house.
Here's where then problem begins. Two weeks later I get a phone call/message that the girls were at my house. I just flew in from orlando and did get a message but figured she wanted to talk about setting up services. Nope, apparently they took it upon themselves to not only schedule me and I was shocked. I never discussed hours as I would never take an afternoon appt. I never discussed what areas to be cleaned and I sure didn't discuss price.
So, after talking to her on the phone that girls were at my house and what-ever I finally said I am through with this conversation and hung up!
So, I have no doubt that you will love them but make sure if it is a trial/coupon that they shouldn't expect your business because they cleaned your house once upon a time.

As for the scheduling issue, notes from the post-initial cleaning phone call seem to indicate that you and Hanna agreed that we would return to clean your home, at an agreed upon time and fee. Even though we left you a voice mail the night before to confirm, Hanna offered to waive the lockout fee.
If our notes are in error, we apologize, and we'll be happy to make it up to you in the future. We wish you good fortune and happiness.
