I have had 2 maintenance cleanings since my initial in-depth cleanings and continue to be impressed with the job my 5280 crew has done for us. There have been different crew members, but no decrease in excellence, and Rafaela has been the common thread so that totally minimized any additional orientation or familiarization required. All crew members since my initial have been responsive to any special requests, personable and timely. Also, kudos to Hanna and Christopher for being so very flexible to my sometimes uncertain schedule and needs and willingness to make last minute changes when needed.
