My wife and I recently moved into a new house which had no window treatments, so after getting a few estimates we decided to go for 3 day blinds even though they were a little more expensive, we thought that we would get superior service and a better product. The blinds were completed in the 10 day time frame that they said they would be done in...except the window over the kitchen sink.
Kimmy, the sales rep (or whatever she does there, she comes and sells you the treatments) measured the window incorrectly so the install company had to cut them down. well 2 weeks later we heard nothing from the install company, so we called, finally hearing back we found out they had to reorder the blind.
Another 2 weeks passed and we heard nothing so we emailed Kimmy about this, the only response was that she received our email and would be contacting us later. There has been no further contact from anyone at 3 day blinds. it has now been a month and a half since we paid for the blinds and we still have no coverings of the window in the kitchen.
Do yourselves a favor and if you want window treatments DO NOT go through 3 day blinds.
