This company has made three trips to my house to repair my washing machine over the course of 8 days and it is still not fixed. Initially the wrong part was ordered. The correct part was ordered; however, when they came for the third visit they decided they were unable to fix the washer due to it's location. They refused to move the washer away from the wall and claim that I need to hire a moving company. After 8 days and three trips from a repairman I am still without a washing machine. Bottomline - I would recommend avoiding this company.
