I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche from your dealership, and I want to let you know that the treatment I received from Brad Harris was excellent. After a few unsatisfactory experiences with different salespeople and was able to answer my questions, showing me he had a good knowledge of your products and cars. He was direct and to the point when I needed him to be. I believe Brad worked hard for me to make the right deal, and I appreciated that. He was very courteous at all times, and I would certainly recommend him to others. Brad took the time to talk to us and met all of our needs, he is indeed our friend at Chevrolet. He is an asset to your dealership, and I feel he should be rewarded for his excellent customer service.
