This is absolutely the best ross in the metroplex. The associates always great you with a warm smile and do their best to help you find what you need. customer service is excellant in this store. the associates are well tuned to what is in the store,it is well organized and for the most part well maintained.i wish every ross i walked into was this great. it it the place to go for designer brands at low prices. great buys on the clearance racks.
