I have never been so disgusted by an animal hospital. Live cockroaches in the main lobby. The woman at the front desk just laughed and said, "Looks like the kitten found a new toy" ?!?!?! She did not even kill it. The place is super old and just feels dirty. there were also at least 2 dead cockroaches in the lobby. When trying to take my cat out of the cage she scratched the Dr. who started to bleed and would not wash her arm off and preceded to work on my cat. I asked her to was her arm and she would not till after everything was over. She got blood all over my towel and crate. I had to throw the towel away. They did not even take my cat to a different room to perform the procedure, they did it right in front of me. At other Dr. offices they take the animal out of the room. I left in tears. I do not care that I will have to drive a little further to my old vet. I will NEVER be going back to this animal hospital. Disgusting.
