Review content:
This small, inexpensive, neighborhood fitness club is great if you're looking to get a workout without the hustle and bustle of larger, commercial gyms. Located on the corner of Webster and Sheffield, the gym is roughly the size of three classrooms and offers the basic free weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and stairmaster machines. My interactions with the staff has been positive - they've been nothing less than friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the cardio kickboxing class. Drawbacks: the machines and free weights are functional but old. You get what you pay for.
