Red Lure Red is really a microcosm of what Uptown Minneapolis should be like. It is a locally owned modern furnishings store, started by two interior designer friends, that brings a clean, clever design sensibility that is usually found only in more cosmopolitan environments such as New York or Paris. Their display pieces featuring designers such as blu dot and phillip stark are always carefully coordinated and wonderfully thought out. Should you require it, they also offer complete interior design services. Unlike 99.9% of what you find in Minneapolis, this boutique would not be out of place in Soho or the Filmore district of San Francisco.
