Review content:
Took my son's 91 pontiac there for a upholstery clean. car is an old ladies car that was wrecked and i put back together. went to pick it up and the guy starts, that car needs a lot of work, the side panels are messed up, the headliner, etc. I let him go on dissing me and the kid, paid and left. . looked pretty clean, the front windows were down. got home and got to looking at it and both front windows were off the tracks and wouldn't roll up. someone had taken the panels off and broke the armrests and window track guides put it halfway back together. they knew they did that to the car, had to. that was bad enough, but the inside of the car has this film on everything. it is like the inside of the car was spray waxed, the dash, radio, seats, everything, has this shiny goo on it. it gets on your hands and your clothes. the entire inside of the car is ruined. i don't know what to do. they knew they ruined the interior of the car. they knew they broke both front windows. they never told me, dissed me, let me pay, and drive off without a word of what they did to the car. i have never been faced with a more dishonest situation. i don't have any money to sue them, and those window tracks if you can find them are real expensive, and my kids first car is ruined. absolutely do not take any vehicle there for any service. my cell if you think I'm lying. I'll show you the car. 680-5401
