As a contractor I know this guy - he is a nightmare
I've seen owner, Mike Nann ,in action as I did sub work for him . He treats customer like they have no say and even saw him threaten one with pulling permit after customer had legitimate concerns on budget. His workers are slow , lazy and for most part unskilled .I had a hard time getting payed by him and know of other sub's he stiffed. He wanted me to form a partnership with him only because his credit and cash flow suck and wants your money to fund his rental properties. Does not warranty his work and won't supply you with paperwork for your records . This guy gives the contracting business a major black eye . Stay away from him and his company.
