Hmmm what to say about Fowad, how can I put this. Its crap. They have crap, they sell crap. They cater to the homeless. This place is a disgrace and should not be allowed on Washington. I have no idea how they can pay their rent. It’s a used clothing place and the clothes are dirty and not washed. How can you sell used clothes when they are dirty?! I love used clothing stores in the city but this place is just dirty, it should be out of business soon
