The staff here is nice; they are always willing to do a free cleaning of wife's rings despite the fact that we didn't buy them at this store. Occasionally my wife will see one or two things she likes at this store, which is saying a lot because she usually doesn't in the State College jewelry shops. But beyond that, there are a lot of tacky PSU themed pieces and I think that they are overpriced. They do have a friendly buy back option for diamonds if you want to upgrade.
