Businiess name:  Cornells Auto Body
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
When I brought my '99 Monte Carlo in for minor body work I assumed the work would only take 3-4 days. However, the job was estimated by Cornell's to take 6 days. Lo and behold, it wasn't until the 9th day that I could pick the car up. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience they put me though. Although the insurance company paid for the rental, I took out additional insurance because I was driving an unfamiliar car more than 600 miles a week during two major snowfalls. Time is money, and the longer it took Cornell's to finish the job the more I was out of pocket. When I complained about the slow service I was told that because my car was old they had "to go through hell" to find replacement parts. When I looked over my invoice, little to my surprise, they were acquired from American Auto Salvage less than 2 miles away! I CAN NOT and WILL NOT RECOMMEND CORNELL'S AUTO BODY.
