I keep taking courses here and am learning a lot. But the patience and the care that Susan shows to help fit the right wire to a person set of beads or to help a customer select the right bead for a bracelet is amazing. She has been so flexible, staying open later because our class was making mistakes; being patient. I especially appreciate the open studio night which is affordable and you can get expert advice on your piece of work. I love the place and will be coming back for a long time. Plus Susan is honest; she can be trusted to refund if needed. I feel very
secure there, and the clientele is a wonderful bunch of people!
