Review content:
Ordinarily I do not shop here. Its very expensive compared to other pool stores. However, last winter I called at 8:00 am because my pool was caving in. The liner had apparently ripped and the ice that formed on top of the cover was caving in the walls. Someone from the pool store came over right away and cut the cord holding the liner around the pool. He wouldn't accept any money for it. The pool was saved because the walls did not cave in. Every since then I do stop over there and buy supplies. Although pricier, they know how to treat customers.
