I am an expert on steakhouses and I thought Fleming's was fantastic. Great steaks, atmosphere, and service. The Wedge Salad was the best I have had. The bleu cheese was very fresh as was the chilled seafood appetizer. We chose the Mac N cheese, corn and Fleming's Potatoes as side dishes and they were perfect. I had the peppercorn sauce on my Ribeye and it was delicious. The wines were also very good, served and were served at the correct temperature. Overall, I was very happy. I frequent the Raleigh/Cary steak houses and this was my favorite. Be prepared that is is also the most expensive of the lot of them but I thought it was well worth it if money is not your concern.
