Judy's is one of the oldest temp agencies in Lexington, and it is one of the few that are independently owned and operated, not part of a chain or national franchise. Judy's staff is always polite and helpful, and they will work with you to help you find the right temporary position. If you have just arrived in Lexington, and do not yet have full-time employment, Judy's can help you get some full or part-time temporary work in office support until you decide what you want to do long term. In Lexington, generally, you will find most office temp positions will pay between $7 to $10 per hour. Very rarely does anything pay more than $10 per hour. You should have basic typing skills (a typing speed of 50 or higher would be good, and yes, they do test you at their office), and a good familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Call them to arrange an appointment to come in and fill out an application, take the tests and interview with one of their job placement personnel.
