When my husband and I first started thinking about selling our home we met Brad Nieman of Coldwell Banker, James R. Ford agency. We were really impressed by his enthuisam. He remembered our name and every month sent us something in the mail. When we finally decided to take the step and sell our home we used Brad. He has done a great job in keeping in contact with us and letting us know what is going on. He is very personable and is a very friendly and honest businessman. I recommend him if you are looking into buying or selling a home.
