Review content:
My colleague and I stumbled on this place by accident on a business trip. And I must say it was a TRIUMPH.
A born and bread New Yorker I?m very critical to a fault. There was nothing to criticize at Montague at all.
We were greeted warmly by Jeremy (the owner) and sat down. He personally went through the wine list and recommended a Fat black sheep Pinot or something which was great he gave us the back story on the wine maker too we had 3 glasses each. Then we ordered pita chips with artichoke dip, sashimi grade tuna with seaweed and jalape?o salsa, sliced Italian bread topped with sun dried tomato paste and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic. mmmmmmmmmm!
Then for main course we had a focaccia pizza, and a seared sashimi grade sesame crusted tuna.
I think that was it, and the bill came to $68.00
It was divine. This has to be the best restaurant in the area.
Tell Jeremy Zeke sent you.
Pros: Cool, Chic Warm & dim ambiance, this is a definite winner. GO THERE!
Cons: none
