We were really excited that they brought a Lowes store into town. And we made our first trip out on grand opening weekend. There were a LOT of people there. And there was a LOT of sales associates. What there was not a lot of was purchasing customers. Their prices are HIGH now *LOWE*. I got tired of walking around the place because I was discouraged at their prices. Home Depot had them beat hand's down. Anyways, I went to go sit in the truck, and for the heck of it I did a head count on the people coming out. To my amazement it averaged out that only ONE person per nearly twenty actually had a package of merchandise that they purchased. Hopefully they have tamed their prices a bit by now so that they can keep up with the competition. But then again, there really isn't much competition in that area of Milwaukee. It's worth the few extra miles to head to a Home Depot in my opinion.
