Now, those of you who know me can attest to the fact that I am basically a plain person...plain in tastes and practical at heart. So, when I began my search for new furnishings for my home, I wanted something we could "live with", not something that looked as if it were out of the pages of "House Beautiful"!
Wanting to check out all the furniture stores in the area, TOWN & COUNTRY HOME FURNISHINGS was on my short list. Upon entering the store I was struck by the practical furniture that was displayed. This stuff was the kind that I honestly believe would stand up to 2 boys and a dog who thinks the couch is her personal "throne". Not seeing a plaid couch in sight (horrors), I ventured towards the leather sofas to see if their prices were such that I could spring them on hubby and not have him pass out from the shock.
In short I was pleasantly surprised by not only the variety offered, but by the fact that items could be special ordered in a reasonable amount of time and of course the prices as well. If I bought a sofa here I could also afford new shoes for the boys...my kind of place!
I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone searching for nice furniture, without frills and at a price that won't break the bank. Though I haven't made my final choice yet, TOWN & COUNTRY is on the list to check out again before I make my final decision. Why don't you check them out as well? I think you're going to agree with me when I say TOWN & COUNTRY is the place for good furniture at a reasonable price!
